So that was the day that changed everything on Bali.
We don't want to comment too much on this tragedy because we all know what impact this terrorist act will have on Bali, an island that mainly depends on tourism.
Luckily noone of the people we know got injured in the bombing although some people of the study program have been in one of the places.
Also there have been lots of stories of people who wanted to go there but were late for some reason and received the news on their way to Jl. Legian.
And the outcome would have been definitely worse if they would have timed the bomb for one or two hours later.
The pictures you can see have been taken almost one month after the bombing but they still show a lot of the destruction.
