25//08//02 - Contest at Kuta beach
This mornig started as every morning since our arrival. Getting up at 6:30 and then directly to the beach to surf.
After an hour we had to leave our peak because a Quiksilver contest startet where were surfing.
After surfing we had breakfast and then went to the beach again to shoot some footage of the contest.
As it was a local grommet contest the guys were about 10 to 15 years old and we were surprised by these skilled young indos.
The waves were not really big (for them almost overhead) but pretty fast and these kids showed some high level surf.
